       GENERAL INFORMATION

All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars and are plus packing and shipping charges.

All prices are F.O.B. , Miami, Florida U.S.A.

All prices are  "per fish".

All export orders are plus any documentation charges as are necessary.

 

All fish  (Species, size or quantity) are subject to availability.
Our inventory changes on a daily basis.

TERMS

NO MINIMUM ORDER If shipped by Airborne Express. These orders are shipped "door-to-door" and must be prepaid including shipping.
$250.00 minimum order if shipped "airport-to-airport". PrePayment or C.O.D. -
Bank Transfer, Cashier Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Money Gram or Postal Money Order accepted  No open accounts. Due to our low pricing we cannot accept credit cards.
 

DOA and CLAIM POLICY

We take the greatest care and have over 25 years experience in packing and shipping Tropical Fish World Wide. Fish are brought into our warehouse a minimum of 2 days prior to shipping for purging. Quality Styrofoam and cardboard containers are used to provide maximum protection of the order during transportation. Heat or Ice Packs will be added as necessary.  Per Airline regulations our fish are packed to survive a minimum of 48 Hours. An Airway Bill number is emailed the nite of shipping so you can trace the shipment on-line.

We cannot guarantee what happens after delivery to the Airlines. Live Tropical Fish are considered 'perishables' by the airlines. So are cut flowers, processed sea food and vegetables. The difference is that the later usually survive connecting flights, delays, and prolonged exposure to adverse elements. Live Tropical Fish are not so lucky.

We suggest you Track the shipment on-line and notify the carrier on your end as to the nature of the contents and request 'priority handling".

No claims allowed on trans-shipped fish.

AIRPORT TO AIRPORT

By virtue of inconsistent and neglectful care provided by the airlines, we do not guarantee any shipment except those pre-booked, 'Priority" on direct flights.
Shipments must be signed for within 1 hour of arrival at destination airport.

DOOR TO DOOR

We cannot guarantee any 'door to door' shipment due to the following: Fish are generally not available to customer in less then 24 Hours. Unforeseeable temperature extremes from ground transportation. Excessive time for ground transportation. Difficulty  in the carriers attempt(s) to deliver to residential address's. Failure of the carrier to obtain a time/date signature for the shipment.

OFF- THE- PLANE PRICING

This is a commodity to our customers on certain products in large quantities to save on the Over Seas shipping cost by combining shipments to lower the freight rate. We cannot guarantee live arrival on "Off the Plane" pricing. We have to absorb the loss's on our own stock 'off-the-plane" and must pass this situation on due to the low mark-up of Off -The-Plane pricing. Any loss's over 15% will be claimed to the shipper and shipping carrier and any refunds will be passed thru.

NOTIFICATION OF DOA

All notifications of DOA'S must be received by us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. You must follow-up by sending us a signed 'Airline or Carrier Inspection Form'. We will assist in every way possible  with your claim against the carrier.  Our responsibility is limited to the price of the fish only, not including any packing or shipping charges, unless loss is due to carrier delay or error in delivering. There are no cash refunds on livestock, credit will be given towards future orders.

CASH & CARRY

No guarantee on cash & carry  as fish can be inspected before acceptance
